Independent scientific journal,with open access, edited by MATRIX ROM, which gathers in its pages
scientific research results all over the country and abroad of academics,
specialists from research institutes, PhD, everyone who carries
in civil engineering domains: construction, plumbing, surveying et al.
The first issue of this journal was published in 2010.

Periodicity
Four annual appearances. The management of the jurnal can decide to publish additional numbers in a year. Also, in case of exceptional situations, the management of the jurnal can restrict the number of annual appearances, but not less than two. The mentioned situations will be explicitly announced on the jurnal's website.
The editorial board of this journal is composed of professors and researchers from all universities all over the country that have faculties of this profile,
but also from prestigious foreign universities.
Property and Management
Romanian Journal of Civil Engineering is the property of MATRIX ROM publishing house, which initiated the publication of the journal, which ensured the appearance of the journal for 15 years and which provided funding for the publication of all the journal's issues.
The administrative and executive management of the journal is provided by MATRIX ROM.
